The book you’ve been carrying

You’ve carried it for a while now.

A message, a story, a hard-won lesson — the book you keep telling yourself you’ll write someday. Maybe you’ve started. Maybe the draft stalled somewhere around chapter three, and the morning got away, and the file has sat untouched since. Maybe the writing is done, and now the real wall is everything after: covers, formatting, Amazon, the quiet fear that you’ll publish it and no one will read it.

That ache to write it down is not an accident.

“Write down this vision and clearly inscribe it on tablets, so that a herald may run with it.” (Habakkuk 2:2, BSB)

The book is in you for a reason. It was never meant to stay there.

You don’t have to figure it out alone

Most first-time authors quit at the same place.

Not because the book wasn’t good. They quit because no one showed them the road, and the road has a hundred turns — writing, editing, design, publishing, launching — that nobody warns you about. The advice online contradicts itself. The “publishing companies” want thousands of dollars up front. The whole thing starts to feel like a maze built to keep ordinary people out.

It isn’t. We’ve walked it, and we’ll walk it with you — one step at a time, at a pace that fits your life.

Meet Dr. Dan

Dr. Dan Lancaster

Dr. Dan Lancaster didn’t start as a published author.

He planted three churches in rural, working-class, and suburban America. He spent twelve years as a missionary in Myanmar and Thailand, coaching national leaders who went on to plant hundreds of churches. When God set a book in his heart, no one handed him the map — he learned the road the hard way, book after book, until it became second nature. More than forty titles followed, several of them bestsellers, now reaching readers in Spanish, German, Portuguese, and beyond.

He won’t coach you from a book he read once. He’s walked every step you’re about to walk. Not a course brand. Not a corporation. A pastor who knows the road and will walk it with you.
